中山和則のプロフィール：
１．清水建設で10年間の国内現業、16年間の5か国（シンガポール、オーストラリア、メキシコ、米国、タイ）での海外現業及び拠点運営、12年間の国際営業（新規領域担当）、計38年に亘る新卒から定年退職までのキャリア
 ２．清水建設定年退職後も、著名設計事務所、フランス資本水処理事業会社、鉄建建設での海外工事安全管理等、60歳を過ぎてもフィールドで自己研鑽を続け、バージョンアップしてきています！
３．この度、2022年7月31日に雇用契約満了に伴い、サラリーマン生活に終止符をうち、2022年8月1日からはフリーランスとして、上記の如く、今まで培ってきたものを活用し、「生涯現役」を目指し、2022年7月4日、大安であり、米国独立記念日でもあるこの日に、神奈川税務署に、「個人事業開業届」を提出し、受理されました。Ready to go!です！！

About Kazunori Nakayama

1. 38-year career in Shimizu Corporation, from graduation of university to the retirement age: I’ve worked for 10 years at construction sites in Japan, a total of 16 years at construction sites and managing oversea offices in 5 countries aboard(Singapore, Australia, Mexico, U.S., and Thailand), and 12 years managing international sales specialized in developing business in new areas of the world.

2. My career advancement after the age of 60: After I retired Shimizu, I’ve continuously enhanced my skills at environments as follows: a famous architect office, a water infrastructure company of French capital, and Tekken Corporation where I was responsible for safety management of oversea constructions.

3. Commencing freelance consultancy: On August 1st 2022, right after the day the employment contract with the former employer terminated, I started a freelance consultancy as my lifework to utilize the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through the years working with expertise in construction as stated above. On July 4th, the Independence Day in the U.S. and a Taian(the most auspicious day) in the 6-day Buddhist calendar,  I submitted a Notification of Commencement of Business to the Kanagawa Tax Office and got accepted. Now, I am ready to go!

4.Qualifications: Class 1 Architect(Japan), Class 1 Building Construction Engineer(Japan), and Industrial Safety Consultant(Architecture)(Japan), LEED AP BD+C
