私、中山和則は、清水建設での（大学卒～60歳定年退職まで） 
「38年間に及ぶ国内外の建築現業・海外拠点運営の経験」及び、「著名設計事務所建築本部長、フランス系水事業インフラ設置維持管理会社EPC事業本部長、鉄建建設での海外工事安全管理担当」等、60歳以降も自己開発＆アップデートを続けてきて、2022年7月31日で、サラリーマン生活に終止符を打ち、同年8月1日より、「個人事業主として業務委託契約を通じ、今まで培ってきたものをフル活用し、建築に係るいろいろなマネジメント支援を通じ、生涯現役を目指し社会・会社・個人にお役に立てる業務を提供することを生業とする建築エキスパート」です。

 I, Kazunori Nakayama, have experienced working at construction sites in several countries and managing oversea offices during my career in Shimizu Corporation, where I worked for 38 years since I graduated university until the compulsory retirement age of 60. After I retired Shimizu, I’ve continuously pursued my career at following environments: a famous architect office where I worked as the general manager of the construction sector, a French water infrastructure company where I worked as the general manager of EPC operations, and Tekken Corporation where I was responsible for safety management of oversea constructions. On July 31st, 2022, I ended my career as a company employee, and on August 1st of the same year, I started a sole proprietorship to utilize the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through the years, with a lifelong mission to offer services that would profit society, companies, and individuals.
